Developing Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Inclusive Leadership will enable you to identify unconscious biases and address issues related to gender, generation, and thought diversity.
You will develop the Inclusive Leadership skills necessary to create environments where every individual feels valued, respected, and has a strong sense of belonging.
